Shipping & Returns


UK orders over £30 in value will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class post. Postage cost is dependent on the parcel size and total order value (see below).

We always aim to dispatch your order on the working day following receipt of your order, although occasionally this may not be possible. If you are concerned about your order, please contact us at any time.
Note: During postage free offers, all UK orders will be sent by second class post. We are unable to offer free postage on Overseas orders.


You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. You must contact us in writing or email to inform us and return the goods to us in the original packaging and in the condition they were supplied within 10 days of receipt, together with a copy or your original invoice. You are responsible for return postage costs. Please package your items carefully to avoid damage and return by Recorded Delivery as proof of postage is not proof of receipt.

We will then issue a refund in the same form of payment used for purchase within 30 days following receipt of the goods. Original postage costs will not be refunded. If a package as returned to us as undeliverable or a delivery is refused, original postage costs will not be refunded. All undeliverable or refused orders will be treated as a customer return and our Returns Policy will apply.


If you need to exchange any item of your order you must notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods to us, we can then arrange delivery of the new item and advise of any additional postage costs.

Damaged Items

If part or all your order is damaged in transit, you must notify us in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt and we will re-send your order on receipt of the damaged goods at no extra cost to you. Please include a description of the damage together with a copy of the original invoice.
