Volt Cushion

Queen Bee is part of my new cushion collection. 

The front of the cushion is knitted using the Intarsia technique to create a big bold bee design. The reverse of the cushion is as interesting to knit as the front, with a honeycomb pattern and the addition of embroidered bees.

I used Skein Queen Crush DK for the bee and Coopknits Socks Yeah DK for the background. Kits available soon!

You will also need a 45cm cushion pad.

MC: 448m / 488yds DK yarn - Coopknits ‘Socks Yeah! DK yarn, 50g skeins 112m (122 yds)
CC1: 90m / 98yds DK yarn - Skein Queen Crush DK yarn, 100g skeins 225m (246 yds)
CC2: 45m / 50yds DK yarn - Skein Queen Crush DK yarn, 100g skeins 225m (246 yds)
CC3 90m / 98yds Skein Queen Crush DK yarn, 100g skeins 225m (246 yds)
CC4 50m (55 yds) Ricorumi Lame, 10g, (used double throughout)
